Visa

Heute habe ich es endlich geschafft. Ich bin in die Stadt gekommen und habe mir beim DIAC eine Wartenummer geben lassen. Eine halbe Stunde spaeter hatte ich dann mein Visalabel im Pass kleben. Nicht, dass es unbedingt notwendig waere, aber ich wollte diesen Aufkleber gerne haben. Nun ist auf Seite 6 mein Visakleber und auf Seite 17 der Stempel, dem ich bei meiner Ankunft in Perth bekommen habe. Warum koennen die nicht den Stempel auf der ersten Seite, die dafuer vorgesehen ist, machen?

Ist zwar alles ganz unspektakulaer, aber so kann ich euch noch ein wenig berichten.



Today I get my visalabel. I arrived in Perth - similiar to so many others - with the ETA Visa. There is no need but I want to get the label in my passport.
So I went to the DIAC, get a number and waited for about 30min. After that I went to a very nice lady, sitting behind her counter in front of a computer. She took my passport, insert the number in her program and printed my label. At least she pasted it into my passport. That's it.
Not very spectacular but I want to get it. Absurd is that this lady stick the labelon site 6; when I have arrived in Perth I got the stamp on site 17. Can't they put the stamp on the first side???

Whatever. I got my sticker and now I am happy...
